A template operator for testing for empty strings would be nice.  I can't believe it's not there-- am I missing it somewhere?  (If I find it, I'll update this blog entry).

Recently the Share team held two surveys, both related to e-mail notifications on this community portal. We have closed the surveys and would like to share the results with you in this post.

BC ImageAlias provides a perfect solution for quick and simple generation or removal of content object image alias variation image files before they are needed or requested by the users of your site.

The 0.0.21 release features a critical bugfix to ensure image alias handler records of generated and removed alias entries are stored properly. Simply update the extension to 0.0.21 and run extension/bcimagealias/bin/php/bcimagealias.php --generate and then extension/bcimagealias/bin/php/bcimagealias.php --remove again to restore this data to an accurate state. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Highlights of this release:

• better support for REST calls in the client (can send http request encoded as json, use all http verbs, and especially receive responses in XML format)
• better support for SOAP calls from templates
• full REST support in the debugger (except for oauth) :-)
